Michèle trained in classical French Cuisine in her early 20’s. Her love of food came from spending the summer holidays with her grandparents in the south of France, where they lived. So every day was a typical day! Michèle’s passion has never stopped, having traveled around Italy to Morocco learning and educating herself about the foods, ingredients and techniques that these countries have to offer. She has learned some amazing skills: pasta making, recipes being passed down from Grandmother to daughter. Michèle is about to start a fantastic journey of advance cookery at Leith’s School of Cookery. Watch her journey.
