Originating from a Lebanese family, Karimah Omar Nabulsi immigrated to the United States in the late seventies, and brought with her a love and passion for delicious Middle East cooking. Middle Eastern style cooking has been a part of Karimah’s life since her early childhood. Upon her family’s arrival in the United States, Karimah’s parents opened an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant in Omaha, Nebraska, in which Karimah played a large role in running the restaurant alongside her parents.
In October of 2010, Karimah started her own catering business, Karimah’s Kitchen, featuring a full catering service. Karimah’s Kitchen offers authentic Lebanese cuisine made with local New Hampshire produce.
