Jereme Zimmerman grew up on his parents’ Kentucky goat farm, where he was also homeschooled. He writes and speaks regularly on fermentation, homesteading, traditional brewing practices, and good eating. He is a regular contributor to various publications and websites, including New Pioneer, Backwoods Home, and Earthineer.com. His first book, Make Mead like a Viking, was published by Chelsea Green Publishing in November, 2015. He lives in Berea, Kentucky, USA with his wife, Jenna, and daughters, Sadie and Maisie.
