Created by the Old Seelbach Bar in Louisville, Kentucky

Ingredients
- •2-3 ripe blackberries
- •1 sugar cube
- •2 dashes of Peychaud bitters
- •Juice of half a lime
- •1½ ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
- •2 to 3 ounces soda water
Preparation
Muddle the blackberries, sugar cube, bitters and lime juice. Add Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and shake on ice. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with soda water.
