Ingredients
2-3 ripe blackberries
1 sugar cube
2 dashes of Peychaud bitters
Juice of half a lime
1½ ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
2 to 3 ounces soda water
Preparation
Muddle the blackberries, sugar cube, bitters and lime juice. Add Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and shake on ice. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with soda water.
