Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 118 ml (½ cup) thick yogurt
- 473 ml (2 cups) peeled cut mangoes
- 237 ml (1 cup) ice cubes
- Pinch of sugar
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a electric blender until smooth. Add cold water or milk to thin down if necessary.
Serve chilled.
Tips
You may need to add sugar or honey or agave to sweeten to taste.
A touch of lemon or lime can bring out the flavor if your mangoes are not flavorful.
