- Servings Makes 1 cocktail
- 59 ml/2 ounces Prosecco
- 44 ml/1½ ounces Aperol
- Splash of soda water
- Half a slice of orange
1. Partially fill a wine glass with ice.
2. Pour prosecco over ice followed by Aperol.
3. Top with a generous splash of soda water, stir gently.
4. Garnish with orange slice.
