Ingredients
- •59 ml/2 ounces Prosecco
- •44 ml/1½ ounces Aperol
- •Splash of soda water
- •Half a slice of orange
Preparation
Partially fill a wine glass with ice.
Pour prosecco over ice followed by Aperol.
Top with a generous splash of soda water, stir gently.
Garnish with orange slice.
