Ingredients
- 44 ml (1.5 fluid ounces) Bombay Sapphire gin
- 30 ml (1 fluid ounce) agave
- Splash of orange bitters
- Fresh strawberries and cucumbers
- Prosecco, as needed
Preparation
Combine gin, agave, bitters and fresh fruit in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with a splash of prosecco to finish.
