Red 305 Cocktail

This signature cocktail captures the essence of Miami with its bold flavors and vibrant presentation.

Ingredients

  • •44 ml (1.5 fluid ounces) Bombay Sapphire gin
  • •30 ml (1 fluid ounce) agave
  • •Splash of orange bitters
  • •Fresh strawberries and cucumbers
  • •Prosecco, as needed

Preparation

  1. Combine gin, agave, bitters and fresh fruit in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with a splash of prosecco to finish.
