- •90 grams (⅔ cup) cornstarch
- •37 grams (¼ cup) potato starch
- •15 ml (1 tablespoon) plus 5 ml (1 teaspoon) [14 grams total] potato flour
- •5 ml (1 teaspoon/3 grams) xanthan gum
