Ingredients

  • 156 grams (1¼ cups) brown rice flour
  • 88 grams (¾ cup) sorghum flour
  • 90 grams (⅔ cup) cornstarch
  • 37 grams (¼ cup) potato starch
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) plus 5 ml (1 teaspoon) [14 grams total] potato flour
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon/3 grams) xanthan gum

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk well to mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months in the pantry or 6 months in the refrigerator.
