Corzo Pepino Mocktail

Made up of fresh fruit and juices, this effervescent drink is the perfect complement to a hot Miami day.
Ingredients
- 1 small slice fresh pineapple
- 1 thin slice fresh peeled cucumber
- 59 ml (2 fluid ounces) pineapple juice
- 30 ml (1 fluid ounce) Sprite
- 30 ml (1 fluid ounce) agave
Preparation
Muddle fresh fruit in a martini shaker, and add pineapple juice, Sprite and agave. Shake well and pour over ice in a highball glass.
