Ingredients

  • •2-3 ripe blackberries
  • •1 sugar cube
  • •2 dashes of Peychaud bitters
  • •Juice of half a lime
  • •1½ ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
  • •2 to 3 ounces soda water

Preparation

  1. Muddle the blackberries, sugar cube, bitters and lime juice. Add Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and shake on ice. Strain onto fresh ice in a highball glass and top with soda water.
