Adam Dolge is a cook, freelance writer, and blogger based in New York’s Hudson Valley. He is currently finishing his degree at The Culinary Institute of America. He previously worked as a journalist in New Hampshire, New York, and Washington, D.C. In between writing for newspapers and magazines, Adam worked as a line cook in busy fine dining restaurants.
